Stages of Change

Stages of change

Whenever a need for a change is coming up, I like to come back to the approach of A ‘stages of change’ . Sometimes solutions for life habits seems so simple but yet- not happening.

It is a great model to use in group activities and can be adapted to different settings.

I have seen many worksheets available online and hope to try them soon, even though active and kinetic activities are sometimes more beneficial
